1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18, or using the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. The Site and our products are for personal, non-commercial use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.

2. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private, keep your details up to date and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for activity on your account until you tell us otherwise.

3. Products, pricing and GST

All prices on the Site are in Australian dollars (A$) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. We try hard to keep listings accurate, but colours can display differently on different screens and measurements are approximate; the size guide is the best reference. We may change prices and availability at any time before you order – never after your order is confirmed.

If we discover a genuine pricing or stock error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund. We won’t ship the item at the wrong price without your agreement.

4. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation; until then we may decline it (for example for suspected fraud, resale, or stock errors) and will refund anything you’ve paid. You can cancel or change an order free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing us with your order number.

5. Payment

We accept [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay – edit to match checkout]. You confirm you’re entitled to use the payment method you choose. Your card is charged in A$ at the time you place the order. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] over an encrypted connection; we don’t store your full card number.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only, from Mickleham, Victoria, by tracked [COURIER / Australia Post]. Delivery estimates on the Site and in our FAQ are estimates, not guarantees, but if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we’ll replace it or refund you – that’s our responsibility, not yours. Please check your address carefully; if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs apply. Risk in the goods passes to you when they’re delivered to your address or a collection point you’ve chosen.

7. Returns, exchanges and your consumer guarantees

Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we cover the cost of returning them.

Change of mind. On top of your ACL rights, we accept change-of-mind returns within [N] days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Items marked “final sale” on the product page are excluded from change-of-mind returns only – your ACL rights still apply to them.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers may have their own conditions (dates, minimum spend, exclusions) stated at the time. One code per order unless we say otherwise. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but any order already placed under it stands.

9. Intellectual property and brand names

The design, text, photography and layout of the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal use only; you must not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to break the law or anyone else’s rights; attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; introduce malware; scrape or data-mine the Site; place fraudulent or bulk orders; or interfere with the Site’s operation. We may suspend access, cancel orders and report conduct to authorities where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

11. Reviews, photos and feedback

If you post a review, photo or comment on the Site or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Site and our marketing, and you confirm it’s your own honest content and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content we consider inappropriate. Any ideas or suggestions you send us can be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites (couriers, payment providers, social platforms). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree we may send you transactional emails about it. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the ACL, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that can’t be limited by law. Where the ACL permits us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price.

15. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they’re published – the Terms in force when you placed an order are the ones that apply to that order.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Victoria, or through Consumer Affairs Victoria or the relevant fair-trading body in your state or territory. We’ll always try to resolve a problem with you directly first – email us before anything else.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t waived it. These Terms, together with our Shipping, Returns, Refund and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us about the Site. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor business; you may not transfer yours without our consent.
