Essentials is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder. All sizes are unisex XS–XXL. Take your usual size for the full oversized look, or go one size down for a regular fit. Every measurement below is the garment laid flat, in centimetres and inches.
How to measure
- ChestLay a top you like flat, measure armpit to armpit, straight across. Compare to the Chest column.
- LengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the hem.
- SleeveFrom the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Because the shoulder is dropped, this reads longer than a regular tee.
- Waist (pants & shorts)Flat across the top of the waistband, relaxed – not stretched. Double it for your circumference.
- InseamFrom the crotch seam to the bottom of the cuff.

Sizing questions
I’m between two sizes
Smaller for regular fit, larger for true oversized. If you’re tall and lean, go by length; if you’re broad, go by chest.
Will it shrink?
Not if washed cold and line-dried. A hot wash or tumble dryer can take 1–2 cm off the length – allow for it if you plan to dry hot.
How does it compare to a regular brand medium?
An Essentials M fits like a loose L from most Australian high-street brands. Most people who normally wear M take S for a regular fit here.
