Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use:

|---|---|
| Analytics | [Google Analytics 4] – anonymised page and traffic statistics so we can see what’s working |
| Advertising | [Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel – edit to match] – lets us show our ads to people who’ve visited the Site and measure whether ads lead to orders |
| Functional | Remembering your size, recently viewed items and an abandoned cart |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features like the cart may stop working if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics install Google’s opt-out add-on. 5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providersPayment processors, couriers, web hosting, email platform, analytics and advertising platforms, customer-support tools – each only receives what it needs to do its job for us.
- Payment and checkout partnersIf you choose PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or [Afterpay], that provider receives your order details under its own privacy policy.
- AuthoritiesWhere the law requires it – for example a court order or an ACCC, ATO or police request.
- A buyer of the businessIf we sell or restructure the business, customer records transfer with it under the same protections.
- Anyone you direct us toFor example a gift recipient’s delivery address.
6. Overseas disclosure
We are based in Victoria, Australia. Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia – for example [web hosting in Singapore/USA, email platform in the USA, analytics in the USA – edit to match]. Before using an overseas provider we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in a way that is consistent with the APPs, usually through the provider’s contractual commitments. By ordering from us you consent to these disclosures.
7. Storage and security
The Site uses SSL/TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR], which is PCI-DSS compliant; we never store full card numbers. Accounts are protected by hashed passwords, and access to customer records inside our business is limited to staff who need it. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed.
8. How long we keep it
Order and payment records: at least 7 years, as Australian tax law requires. Account data: while your account is active and for [12] months after. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Website analytics: [14 / 26] months. After that we delete or de-identify the information.
9. Marketing and your choices
We only send marketing emails if you’ve opted in (for example by ticking the box at checkout or joining our list), as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email [email protected] to be removed. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop order and delivery emails, which we have to send. We don’t send marketing SMS unless you’ve specifically opted in to it.
10. Access and correction
You can see and update most of your details in your account. You can also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us – we’ll verify it’s you, respond within 30 days, and won’t charge for a reasonable request. If we can’t give you access or make a change you’ve asked for, we’ll explain why in writing.
11. Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your personal information, email [email protected] with “Privacy complaint” in the subject line. We’ll acknowledge it within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30. If you’re not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
